Some one wants to know: “After investing $200,000 for 25 years at 12% what I get”

The easiest way to solve this problem is to solve the rule of 72. To find out the number of years it would take for your investment to double simply divide 12 into 72.

    72/12 = 6 years.

    So $200,000 at 12%
    after 6 years $400,000
    after 12 years $800,000
    after 18 years $1,600,000
    after 24 years $3,200,000

So after 25 years your investment should be roughly a little over $3.2 million. You can then withdraw it and lead a lavish lifestyle or you could bequeath it to your kids, a research center or a university.
