Immediately after setting up an account with a currency different from your base currency you must update your exchange rates. Exchange rates fluctuate. Each time you enter a transaction into a register of a foreign account the amount is converted to your base currency at the prevailing exchange rates and stored. You can download exchange rates right from this software.
